US Telecom Inbound Chat Process

Campaign Name: US Telecom Customer Support Campaign (Inbound Chat Process)

Description: Centre has to provide customer support through chat of US leading telecom Company’s customers. Centre has to provide support regarding Services, billing, value added services, activation/deactivation of subscription, technical complaints and other complaints related to their connections.

No. of seats required: Minimum 10 seats to Maximum 50 seats for each centre.

Pay-outs will be payable from the client side.

Pay out: USD 12 $ per system per hour.

Advance Billing: 1 Month advance billing available for eligible centres
Technical services cost will be provided after SLA sign up

Note: Extra Team leader/Qc will not be billable

Working Hours: 10.00 am to 7.00 Pm EST (US Shift)

Working days: Monday to Friday.

Payment Cycle & Mode: Bi Weekly via Bank Wire / PayPal

Upfront Charges: Applicable

Training: Will be for 7 – 15 days via online platform along with live chat portal of client
